The latest feature on the Alan Rhone Store is the Trade Account Login.

You must already have a valid Trade Account with us to be able to log in as a Trade Account and place orders via the Online Store. If you do not have an account with us, you will not be able to access the Trade Prices.

Setting Up a Trade Account on the Alan Rhone Store

Existing and Active Trade Accounts

  • We may have already set you up with an Trade Account and sent the login details via email.

New Trade Accounts

  • You can request your new Account Login information via email, or follow the steps below to get set up:
  • Simply register with a New Account on our Store. If you can use the company email address and contact details when filling out the required information this will be helpful for us and you when processing orders.
  • Once you have set up an account on our store, please contact us to let us know you have created an account on our store. Then we can check everything is in order and then change your account preferences to the Trade Account.
  • You will then have access to the Trade Prices once you Log In.
  • As a normal web store, you can add items to your Shopping Basket and Checkout.

Payment Options

Depending on your Trade Account type, being either Credit Account or Proforma Account, you can checkout in various methods.

  • Recommended with any Proforma Accounts (or if you wish to clear the invoice straight away)
    - Payment can be taken upfront using either our Credit/Debit Card payment module called Cardsave, or via Paypal.
  • Trade Accounts with Credit Terms, we have a 30 day credit limit.
    - So to take adavantage of this, you can select the payment option "Bank Transfer/Cheques" to put the order on Account. You will check out as normal, but no payment transaction will have taken place. We prepare the order and send you an invoice with the goods with a 30 days credit to pay the balance, similar to placing orders via the phone or email.
  • Using either method, you will proceed to the checkout to confirm your order. The VAT will be added to the final order for payment or credit account invoicing, so you will see what you will be paying.

 

Prices:

Once you have logged into the Online Store with a confirmed Trade Account, you will see Trade Prices displayed Excluding VAT and also the Retail Prices displayed Including VAT.

When you go into an item on our store to view the information, you will see two prices. Trade and Retail. Both of these prices are displayed, so you can see the discount you'll receive on each item.

Trade Prices

You will be able see all of the information on each product listing as normal and see the help features such as the Picatinny Rail Finder. But we are always on hand to contact over the phone or via email if you can't find the information needed.

 

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your order. Please contact us before doing so. You, the customer, must pay for the return postage unless agreed otherwise. If you could include a note with the return with your name and any details you have, such as reasons for the return. The item must not be damaged or show signs of use, if it shows signs of wear or has been used you may be not be entitled to a full refund.

Any returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
